Online Purchases Returned By Mail

Unworn, Unwashed, and Undamaged Merchandise With Tags Attached With Original Receipt are Accepted Within 14 days of the Invoice generated date.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days.

All lingerie (intimates), swimwear, accessories, clearance purchases are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Items returned without a return authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back to you nor will you receive a refund.

To Return Your Online Purchase By Mail, Please Follow These Steps:

1. Call 1-800-228-6217 to obtain a return authorization label.

2. Complete the return form and enclose it with your returned merchandise. Help Us Improve Service and Quality By Noting Your reason for return.

3.Ship your merchandise via UPS, FedEx, USPS. We strongly recommend that you insure the package in case of lost or damaged shipment. 
We are only able to issue a refund on merchandise received in our fulfillment center.
