How do I place an order?

How safe is my information once I place my order?
Boycrazee.com not only wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase; but we want you to feel confident that your safety is paramount. That is why we have entrusted Verisign to scan our website for Malware and have Extend Validation to ensure that we are a legitimate website. We also follow PCI Compliance that adheres to credit card company standards. Lastly, your credit card is encrypted at 128bits.
What are my shipping options?
United Postal Service, UPS and FED-EX. We offer regular ground and several upgrade shipping at additional fee.
When does my order ship?
Once we receive authorization of credit card payment, your order will ship 1-2 days on all stock items. Once your items ship we are unable to cancel or change your order. You will be notified of back order items and will not be charged until they ship.
My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please check your order status by logging into your account or send us an email at: sales@boycrazee.com and we will respond with an update.
What does "You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order." mean in reference to my order?
If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we will make every effort to send available items together. If we are unable to fulfill your order in one shipment, we may send them to you in separate packages to complete the fulfillment of your order. We will also send you an email informing you of the status of your order.
What is your Returns Policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 14 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 14 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
How can I use an Offer Code online?
To redeem special offers, customers must select the offer code box on the shopping bag page and then enter the offer code(s) at checkout. After entering offer code(s), offer adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Offers are not applied to wrap, shipping or taxes. Offers are valid while supplies last.
I am not sure what size to order and I need help?
All our sizes are US women. A size chart link is provided next to item details. If you are still unsure please call our Fashion Stylist at: 1-800-228-6217.
Can I order a custom designs and fit?
Yes. We can accommodate custom designs and fits on certain designs usually our custom design price ranges from $85.00- and up. For more information contact Bella@boycrazee.com or call 1.800.228.6217. We are also, available to manufacture for Private label companies at the best prices.
Exchanges and Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 14 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 14 days after purchase, a refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable toward a future purchase.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your online or catalogue order, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with a valid invoice within 14 days of purchase. If you do not have an invoice, but the merchandise is still unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price, including all applicable discounts and promotions.
For your convenience, we will gladly issue a phone exchange. Just call 1-800-228-6217 (outside the U.S.). We will charge you for the replacement merchandise right away and ship the new merchandise to you at no cost for standard shipping. In the meantime, just send us your original merchandise back and we will credit your original form of payment once we receive and process your return merchandise.

Simply call us at: 1-800-228-6217 to receive a Return label with instructions on how to mail in your exchange or return. Shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.
Order Information
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please log on to your account or you may also call our Customer Care Center anytime at 1-800-228-6217.
How can I find out where my package is?
Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center.
When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?
"In Process" means we've received your order and are obtaining credit card authorization. If you'd like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at 1-800-228-6217.
State tax regulations require that we collect sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable. All sales taxes that are collected are paid to the state where the tax is collected and merchandise has been shipped.
How is sales tax determined?
The sales tax rate and collection of taxes are determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped.
I am shipping my order outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
Shipping to Canada: When you place an order at Boycrazee.com, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. Duties are determined as a percentage of the price quoted in our catalogue and differ for each item purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by Canadian law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.
Shipping Outside the U.S. & Canada: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. BoyCrazee Apparel Inc.ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, we are not able to request for your order to be shipped by a specific carrier. Carriers are determined for each order by package weight and product shipping restrictions.
How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any special offer deductions or sales tax calculation. To see our shipping and handling rates, please see the cart once ready to checkout.

At times we carry different vendors that are not associated with BoyCrazee Apparel Manufacturing Inc. and may not be made in the USA. However, our goal is to offer the consumer all American Made Apparel, at the most competitive prices available.
